2004年生まれの日本人プロデューサー。ベースミュージックを軸にしつつ、Jungle、UK Garage、Electronicaなど幅広いジャンルを取り入れた音楽を制作。緻密なサウンドデザインと感情を揺さぶる表現で注目を集める。
2022年、自主レーベル「Selva Sounds」を立ち上げ、創作活動を本格化。2023年には京都のレーベルNC4Kおよび85acidから作品をリリースし、国内外での知名度を大幅に上げる。多くのリスナーやアーティストから高い評価を受け、その活動はさらに広がりを見せている。
Hizuoの音楽は、ただ聴かせるだけでなく、リスナーに新たな視点や体験をもたらすことを重視。感覚的でありながらも構造的な完成度が高く、ジャンルを超えた独自の世界観が特徴。多様なインスピレーションを作品に落とし込み、進化を続ける姿勢が彼の強みとなっている。

Born in 2004, Hizuo is a Japanese producer whose work is deeply rooted in UK club culture. He intricately weaves fragmented, fluid structures to craft soundscapes that engage both auditory and physical senses.
In 2022, he launched his independent label Selva Sounds, marking the beginning of his full-scale creative journey. By 2023, he had released music on Kyoto-based labels NC4K and 85acid, significantly expanding his recognition both in Japan and internationally. His work has garnered high praise from listeners and fellow artists alike, steadily broadening his influence.
Under his alternative alias Mathie D, Hizuo explores different approaches to music-making. In 2025, he released an EP with Australian label INTHEHOUSE, further showcasing his versatility across identities.
Additionally, as Hizuo, he composed the music for the promotional video of KOKUYO’s working chair “ingCloud”, actively participating in commercial projects and demonstrating his creative range beyond the music scene.
Hizuo’s work is not merely for listening — it offers fresh perspectives and immersive experiences to his audience. His music is characterized by a high level of structural precision and an ever-evolving, genre-defying world that reflects his unique artistic vision.
Continuing to pursue collaborations with artists and platforms both domestically and internationally, Hizuo is quickly becoming a key figure to watch in the next generation of the global music scene.

横浜在住のTaimei Kawaiによるソロプロジェクト。テクノやベースミュージックといったクラブサウンドを軸に制作し、自身の主宰するレーベル ＜TREKKIE TRAX＞を中心にリリースする個性的な楽曲は国内外問わず高い評価を得ている。
2016年には仮面ライダーエグゼイドの主題歌である「三浦大知 – EXCITE」の作曲・編曲を共同で手掛け、同楽曲はオリコンシングルチャート1位記録し、日本レコード大賞も受賞した。また、気鋭女性シンガー「MATSURI」の楽曲を全てプロデュースし、同アーティストのデビュー楽曲「金魚すくい」は地上波ドラマの主題歌としても抜擢されている。
あわせて、Porter Robinson、m-flo、tofubeatsといったメジャーアーティストへのRemix提供や、モンスターハンター、ストリートファイター、鉄拳、グランブルーファンタジーなどの人気ゲームへの楽曲やRemixの提供、また人気マンガ家「浅野いにお」がキャラクターデザインを務めた映像作品「WHITE FANTASY」では全編において楽曲を提供した。
その勢いは国内だけにとどまらず、＜LuckyMe＞、＜Moveltraxx＞などのイギリスの音楽レーベルや、アメリカの＜Mad Decent＞や＜Sable Valley＞、カナダの＜Secret Songs＞などからもリリースを行ない、イギリスの国営ラジオ局＜BBC Radio1＞や＜Rinse.fm＞、＜Reprezent Radio＞でも楽曲が日夜プレイされている。また中国や韓国、アメリカ、オーストラリアでのDJツアーも敢行するほか、ライブ配信サイト＜BOILER ROOM ＞の出演も果たしている。
ほかにも、ｍ-floの☆Taku Takahashiが主宰する日本最大のダンスミュージック専門インターネットラジオ局「block.fm」では、レーベルメイトと手がけるプログラム「TREKKIE TRAX RADIO」のパーソナリティも担当しているなど幅広く活動している。

2004年生まれ。DJ / Producer / Recording Engineer EDMに影響されクラブカルチャーに出会い、2017年ごろDJを始める。 DJを通して様々な音楽の知識を増やし、2019年ごろから本格的に作曲活動を開始し、 2022年ごろから、レコーディングエンジニアとしても活動を開始。 UK,Russia のクラブカルチャーを基盤に、大阪や京都を中心に活動。 現在もDJ、楽曲制作活動中。

今年で28年目を迎えた老舗レコード・ショップ”COMPUFUNK RECORDS”(コンピューファンク・レコーズ)主宰。DJ LOVEGOD名義で1990年代よりDJとして活動し様々なPatyをオーガナイズ、出演。楽曲も国内レーベルの Sound-Channel、 Grasswax、 Jet Set 、等への提供や、デトロイト”DJ 3000″ が主催する MOTECH から4タイトルをデジタル・リリース。同レーベルのコンピレーション・アルバム”Broken Research 1 & 2″にも収録。また、オリジナル & DJ DEX (Underground Resistance061) Remixを含COMPUFUNKヴァイナル・レーベルを始動。レーベル第２弾として、Mark Flash(Underground Resistance 078) Remixを収録した”A.I.SOUL EP”をリリース。WESSUN (EX. 土俵ORIZIN) 主宰レーベル”Nu Ance Records”第２弾にも１曲参加。さらに、COMPUFUNKヴァイナル・レーベル第３、４弾をリリース予定している。2022年には、Deep Technoのタイムレスな名作『Inner Vision EP』をドイツ・ケルンの名門レーベル YORE Records からリリース。そして、本年は、フランス・パリ拠点のレーベル Vibes & Pepper Records、アイルランド・ダブリン拠点のレーベル Xistence のヴァイナル・コンピレーションに楽曲を提供、Jeff Mills – Live at Liquid Room 30th Anniversary Tour でプレイするなど精力的に活動を展開している。1993年にホワイト・ヴァイナルでリリースし、現在はプレミア化している作品 “COVE01” は 、Floating PointsがNTS Radioでプレイしている。

DJ Compufunk has been running the record shop “COMPUFUNK RECORDS” in Osaka for 28 years. He has been DJing since the 1990s under the name DJ LOVEGOD, and has organized and performed at various events. In music production, he has provided his music to domestic labels such as Sound-Channel, Grasswax, Jet Set, Nu Ance Records (run by WESSUN ex. DOHYO ORIZIN) and released 4 titles from DJ 3000’s label MOTECH in Detroit. For them, he also contributed his tracks to the label compilation album “Broken Research 1 & 2”.

DJ Compufunk also runs his own vinyl label. So far, he has released the first vinyl, which includes his own tracks and DJ DEX (Underground Resistance061) Remix, and the second “A.I.SOUL EP”, which includes Mark Flash (Underground Resistance 078) Remix. And preparing to release the third and fourth titles.

In 2022, he released Deep Techno’s timeless masterpiece “Inner Vision EP” on the famous label YORE Records in Cologne, Germany. This year, he has been very active, providing his tracks for vinyl compilations by Paris-based label Vibes & Pepper Records and Dublin-based label Xistence, and playing on Jeff Mills’ Live at Liquid Room 30th Anniversary Tour. His early work “COVE01” (1993) and now a premium vinyl, was played by Floating Points on NTS Radio.
