G Version IIIは日本を拠点に活動するプロデューサー兼DJで、ヘビー級のステッパーと00年代初期のR&Bのエモーショナルなテクスチャー、ホラーコアの呪術的でゴシックなエッセンス、牧歌的なアコースティック・サウンド、ドラマチックなシンセティック・メロディーを融合させた作品を発表している。
2022年にプロデューサーとして活動を開始し、2024年にはDigital Stingからリリース、2025年には5 Gate TempleのNTSショーに独占ダブプレート・ミックスを提供。また自身初となるEP vinylをRiddim Changoからリリースした。2026年、最新ミニアルバムがオーストラリアのGood Morning Tapesからリリースされた。
アンダーグラウンド・ダブ・シーンの新たな担い手として、大阪のHeavy Weight、東京のGhost Dance、Dub Attack、ロンドンのSpanners、グラスゴーのRUBADUBでのインストア・ライヴなどに出演。2025年にはイタリア53100フェスティバルでライブセットを披露した。 DIYサウンドシステム文化の精神に深く根ざしたG Version IIIは、神聖なダブのリチュアルを独自の方法で新しい世代に引き継いでいる。

G Version III is a Japan-based producer and DJ whose work fuses heavyweight steppers with emotional textures of early-00s R&B, the raw edge of horrorcore, idyllic acoustic sounds and dramatic synthetic melodies. Emerging in 2022 as a producer, she has released on Digital Sting in 2024 and contributed exclusive dubplate mixes to 5 Gate Temple’s bi-monthly NTS show in 2025. Her debut album “Scenery From Double Glazing” received acclaim from selectors like JON K as it was ranked in his end of year chart for Boomkat. As a new fixture in the underground dub scene, she’s performed at events including Heavy Weight in Osaka, Ghost Dance in Tokyo, Spanners in London and in-store shows at RUBADUB Glasgow. Deeply rooted in a spirit of DIY sound system culture, G Version III takes over sacred dub rituals to the new generations in her original ways.
